  • Technical Needs Assessment: Work with organizations to assess their IT requirements and define roles for various IT positions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to find skilled IT professionals, including software developers, IT managers, and cyber security experts.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates’ expertise and suitability for the roles.
